Henry Man

PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER SERVING NYC

Henry Man’s devotion to assisting injured plaintiffs began while interning for our firm as a law school intern after his first year of law school. He remained with Queller, Fisher, Washor, Fuchs & Kool and The Law Office Of William A. Gallina, LLP before becoming an associate. During that time, he was introduced to the building blocks of client representation and advocacy, including drafting summary judgment motions and pleadings and assisting with case intake and legal research. A hard worker and quick learner, he has made contributions to our firm’s representation in construction accident, medical malpractice, slip and fall, and motor vehicle cases. His experience continues to expand under the leadership and guidance of our NYC personal injury firm’s other attorneys, who expect him to grow into a prominent lawyer. Mr. Man is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Mr. Man is a graduate of the Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he participated in the school’s renowned Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP). In one simulated trial, he and his trial partner prevailed while representing the plaintiff in a motor vehicle personal injury case. Undoubtedly, the program has provided a firm foundation for Mr. Man to advocate for injured victims in real life cases. Also, while at Cardozo Law School, he took litigation-related courses to master the practice of personal injury law and client representation in New York, including New York Practice, New York Evidence, and Interviewing and Counseling. In addition, Mr. Man was actively involved with minority student organizations, including serving on the executive board for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA). He continues to mentor minority law students to this day.

Moreover, Mr. Man is honored to be an active member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, where he serves as its Membership Co-Chair. He also participates in its monthly Pro Bono Clinics throughout New York’s low-income minority neighborhoods, dispensing valuable legal advice and accurate translation services in Cantonese and Mandarin to underserved elderly Asian American immigrants in the New York City area.

Mr. Man is a born and bred New Yorker, adept at communicating with anyone from all walks of life. Apart from his unbridled passion for local sports teams, Mr. Man is known for his gift of learning languages that enables him to represent injured persons from different language backgrounds. Apart from his native Cantonese, Mr. Man also speaks Mandarin and to a lesser extent, European Portuguese and French.
